Patient Moving(Practical Session Only)
This course covers practical session of the patient moving skills only as the student would have done their Manual Handling theory either online or in a separate class.
Objectives:
- To understand the principles of safe moving and handling
- To be able to comply with current legal requirements in the workplace in relation to safely moving and handling patients/clients in a variety of healthcare related settings

- Practical Workshop of Moving and Handling Methods
Who Should Attend: Any body who has done Manual Theory online and needs the practical of Patient Moving completed.
Prerequisites: A Copy of their up to date Manual Handling cert before the class starts. (this would have to be done recently)
Duration: 3-4 hours
Certificate: Attendance.
Certificate Valid For: 2 years.
